Are you interested in trying out a mind-enhancing supplement but uncertain if you can trust what’s inside? If you’re looking for natural but scientifically backed relief from a foggy brain or sluggish thoughts, then KMD Botanicals’ Brain Power herbal supplement might be the help you’re looking for. It was created by a medical doctor, and is vegan, cruelty-free and all natural. Overall, the supplement appears to be pretty trust-worthy, so we were excited to find out more about Brain Power.
Brain Power is manufactured by KMD Botanicals, which is run by Dr. Kshamica Nimalasuriya MD, MPH. Dr. Nimalasuriya is a well-educated preventive medicine physician who has pioneered her own line of beauty products and herbal supplements. Dr. Nimalasuriya’s products combine science with nature and aim to provide effective and noticeable results, but without harmful ingredients.
On Dr. Nimalasuriya’s website, we found a link to Dr. Nimalasuriya’s youtube channel, where she has uploaded several videos where she discusses subjects such as the benefits of drinking water, superfoods, and beauty tips. Dr. Nimalasuriya also runs her own blog and Facebook page.
The ingredients of Brain Power are all natural, vegan, and cruelty-free. There are 100 capsules in each bottle, and with the recommended dose of three capsules per daily, the bottle will last you a little over a month.
Brain Power includes 17 separate ingredients. Instead of describing each one in detail, we decided to describe a few key ones in brevity.
Gotu Kola has been shown to reduce anxiety and induce a feeling of calm.
Periwinkle is used to increase blood circulation in the brain and as a result, increase brain productivity.
Kola Nut is used for short-term relief of fatigue and depression.
Holy Thistle is used to facilitate digestion and to combat inflammation.
Spirulina may boost the immune system and reduce swelling.
Guarana is used as a stimulant to reduce mental and physical fatigue and energize the mind.
Guduchi is used in Ayurvedic medicine to boost the immune system.
Gingko Biloba has been shown by several studies to help with memory problems caused by age-related dementia.
This is probably the thing that excited us the most. One bottle of Brain Power costs only $15 before shipping, which in comparison to other nootropics is a very good deal.
Overall Brain Power seems like a pretty good supplement. We were pretty impressed with the company, the ingredients, and the price. However, we would have liked to find reviews of Brain Power on other websites, and also it would be have been nice to know how much of each ingredient is in one tablet.
